The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that enhance our client’s brands, reputation, and stakeholder engagement.
 

Key Responsibilities

Scope of Work:

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and safeguards our client’s image in ways that promote their business and mission through various Public Relations programs and activations. This role will also focus on developing and implementing proposals for both potential and existing clients.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Works with clients to establish their aims and objectives.
  • Formulates Pr plan & strategies.  
  • Drafts proposals for existing & potential customer mainly focused on Corporate pr, Internal pr, CSR & ESG, Crisis Management, C-suite management, consulting etc.
  • Manages media relations and requests.
  • Plans, prepares, and distributes original promotional content such as articles, press releases, articles, speeches and other PR copy.
  • Presents solutions & proposal for crisis management.
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of PR campaigns on time, on brief and within budget.
  • Briefs internal teams and ensure they understand the client’s needs thoroughly, allowing to create effective and well targeted proposal.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring that the servicing of client account is excellent and always aiming to exceed their expectations.
  • Develops and present proactive recommendations & cost estimations to clients.
  • Works on New Business pitches
  • Manages client feedback.
  • Attend internal & external trainings & conference and educate internally when needed.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends on the PR industry.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field will be considered an advantage).
  • 4-8 years of experience in Public Relations, Account Management, Communications or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to guide team members and promote team collaboration.
  • Resilience under pressure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
