Key Responsibilities

Scope of Work:

Responsibilities:

• Works with clients to establish their aims and objectives.
• Formulates Pr plan & strategies.  
• Drafts proposals for existing & potential customer mainly focused on Corporate pr, Internal pr, CSR & ESG, Crisis Management, C-suite management, consulting etc.
• Manages media relations and requests.
• Plans, prepares, and distributes original promotional content such as articles, press releases, articles, speeches and other PR copy.
• Presents solutions & proposal for crisis management.
• Responsible for the successful implementation of PR campaigns on time, on brief and within budget.
• Briefs internal teams and ensure they understand the client’s needs thoroughly, allowing to create effective and well targeted proposal.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring that the servicing of client account is excellent and always aiming to exceed their expectations.
• Develops and present proactive recommendations & cost estimations to clients.
• Works on New Business pitches
• Manages client feedback.
• Attend internal & external trainings & conference and educate internally when needed.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends on the PR industry.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field will be considered an advantage).
• 4-8 years of experience in Public Relations, Account Management, Communications or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to guide team members and promote team collaboration.
• Resilience under pressure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll play a key role in bringing PR plans and activations to life — managing media relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring seamless delivery from concept to execution.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with clients to understand their goals, positioning, and communication objectives
• Develop and implement PR plans and activations based on approved proposals
• Manage media relations, handle media requests, and maintain strong journalist relationships
• Execute PR campaigns on time, on brief, and within budget
• Prepare proposals, cost estimations, and campaign documentation
• Develop and execute influencer and communication campaigns
• Coordinate and monitor campaigns at every stage to ensure smooth delivery
• Brief internal and external teams clearly to ensure alignment with client expectations
• Build strong client relationships and consistently aim to exceed expectations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and high-quality agency output
• Contribute to a motivating and collaborative team environment
• Stay up to date with PR trends, industry developments, and best practices
• Attend trainings and conferences, sharing knowledge internally where relevant
• Support additional related tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of the PR environment and the ability to translate company goals into effective PR plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Creative and analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Confident, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
